1. What are these miniatures made of?
All of our miniatures are 3D printed using 0.2mm nozzle PLA, which captures fine detail and offers a smooth finish perfect for tabletop gaming and painting. Some models are printed with Resin and these will be stated on the relevant product.
2. Are these miniatures ready to use out of the box?
Yes! All minis come fully cleaned and cured. Most are shipped unpainted, so you can prime and paint them yourself. If you see "pre-painted" in the product description, those are finished and ready to hit the table.
3. Are your miniatures scaled for Dungeons & Dragons or Pathfinder?
Yes! Our standard scale is 28mm–32mm, which fits perfectly with most D&D and Pathfinder maps and accessories. Larger models like monsters or terrain are scaled appropriately unless stated otherwise.
4. Can I paint these miniatures?
Absolutely! These minis are made for painting. We recommend priming them first with your favourite spray or brush-on primer, then painting with acrylic miniature paints.
5. Do the miniatures come assembled?
Most minis are shipped in one piece. However, some larger models or multipart kits may require simple assembly using super glue (this will be mentioned clearly in the product description).

13. What happens if a miniature arrives damaged?
We pack everything with care, but if something does arrive broken, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll sort a replacement or refund right away.
